Beeper Status
Status
Volume
Definition: A beep is emitted either after each good read of a bar code label or
after each noread.
Note: Beeper will also sound if any of the following occur:
• the scanner is defaulted
• a send/save command from ESP or an Exit command from any
embedded menu
•a <Z>, <Zp>, <Zd>, or <K701,,1> command is sent
Usage: Can be used as an audible verification that either a good read or a
noread has occurred.
Serial Cmd: <K702,status,volume>
Default: On Good
Options: 0 = Disabled
1 = On Good
2 = On Noread
Serial Cmd: <K702,status,volume>
Default: Level 4
Options: 0 = Off
1 = Level 1
2 = Level 2
3 = Level 3
4 = Level 4
5 = Level 5
